Plaintiff failed to file lawsuit within 90 days of receipt of right-to-sue letter.

Williams v. Thomson Corp., 383 F.3d 789 (8th Cir. August 25, 2004) - The plaintiff's Title VII and ADA claims are time barred because she did not file suit within 90 days of the right-to-sue letter. Furthermore, the plaintiff is not entitled to equitable tolling where she failed to provide the EEOC with her change of address. Even if her claims were not time barred, she failed to provide any evidence to support her theory that West's reasons for denying her promotions, and eventually terminating her, were pretextual.
