We are
in the process of adding employment discrimination court
decisions from the federal circuit courts of appeal
along with summaries of those cases. At this time,
the best way to view the cases and the case summaries
that we have online is to do a Google search. In order
for the cases and case summaries to appear in the Google
search results, we must have a link to each case summary
on the web site. The purpose of this page is to
provide that link.
